Before You Apply

What This Job Actually Requires

Process serving offers flexibility, but it requires consistency, persistence, and personal accountability. If you tend to procrastinate or let assignments sit, this position will not be a good fit.

What We Expect

  • Log into our system every day, even on days you do not plan to make attempts
  • Make 2–3 attempts per case when necessary, often at different times of day
  • Actively manage your assigned cases and stay on top of deadlines
  • Be dependable, responsive, and willing to put in the effort each assignment requires

How Compensation Works

You are not paid per attempt. Pay is based on the outcome of the assignment.

Successful Service

Paid at the full service rate.

Unable to Serve

If an assignment cannot be successfully served after the required attempts, it is paid at the applicable non-service rate, which is lower than a completed service.

Photo documentation is required for every attempt and every serve. A signature is required for successful serves. Serving the wrong person is not a valid serve, is not paid, and will need to be redone. Payment is not issued without proper documentation.

The most successful process servers are proactive, organized, and persistent. If that sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.
